Rush services are available for guitar repair work. Rush fees are determined on a case-by-case basis by our guitar tech relative to their current queue.

I requested an appointment, but never heard back from you?
If you do not hear back from us within two weeks then your item was either not repairable, not repairable for less than the replacement cost, or not something that we repair.
